Alex Gayton
Alex leads the technical and field operations at ABG Heating & Cooling. With years of hands-on HVAC experience across companies of all sizes, he brings deep technical knowledge and sharp problem-solving ability to every job. As a licensed Master Oil Technician, Gas Technician, and EPA-certified professional, Alex is known for tackling complex heating and cooling issues that others often struggle to resolve. From urgent emergency repairs to full system installations, his focus is simple: deliver dependable solutions homeowners can trust when it matters most.
Krista Gayton
Krista manages customer service and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Since joining the business full-time in 2022, she has focused on improving communication, streamlining scheduling, and shaping a customer experience that feels clear, welcoming, and personal-from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
